Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Items sent without prior request will not be accepted.

A 25% restocking fee of the entire order value will be deducted from all returns

The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact your shipping carrier immediately if the item is damaged. If you receive the wrong or a defective item, please email customerservice@gamedaysgear.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase. We only offer store credit for returns—no refunds to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a gift card within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at customerservice@gamedaysgear.com.
