If we cancel or modify an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method when required by law.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, customer, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

PRICING

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, system, or other error, we reserve the right to correct the price and, where permitted by law, cancel or modify any order placed at the incorrect price.

We are not obligated to fulfill an order at an erroneous price.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Gamedays Gear will ship orders to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Gamedays Gear is not responsible for delays, losses, misdeliveries, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Once an order has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's policies, procedures, and delivery schedules.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AND SHIPPING CLAIMS

All Gamedays Gear packages are shipped with applicable carrier insurance.

If a package or product is damaged during transit, the customer must promptly notify the applicable shipping carrier and file the appropriate shipping claim.

Gamedays Gear will not accept a return of merchandise damaged during transit as a standard merchandise return.

Customers must retain the damaged merchandise, shipping box, packaging materials, labels, and any other materials associated with the shipment because the carrier may require them to process a claim.

Failure to preserve the merchandise or packaging may affect the carrier's ability to process the claim.

If you receive an item that is defective or materially different from the item ordered, you must contact Gamedays Gear promptly at customerservice@gamedaysgear.com with photographs and supporting information so that we can evaluate the issue.

RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT

All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns must be approved by Gamedays Gear before merchandise is shipped back.

• Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

• Merchandise must be new, unused, unworn, unopened, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition.

• Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

• We will not accept merchandise that has been opened, used, worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise rendered non-resalable.

• Sale and clearance merchandise is non-returnable unless otherwise required by law.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original order value.

• Approved returns are issued store credit only, unless otherwise required by law.

• We do not provide refunds to the original payment method except where required by applicable law.

Sending merchandise back does not constitute acceptance of the return. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval.

Gamedays Gear reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the Return & Refund Policy.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers agree to contact Gamedays Gear at customerservice@gamedaysgear.com and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

A customer’s initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute does not override these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, Gamedays Gear may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant order information, shipping records, delivery confirmation, communications, photographs, tracking information, and other documentation necessary to respond to a disputed transaction.

Nothing in this section limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law.

REFUNDS

Approved returns will be inspected after receipt.

If a return is approved, eligible store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fees or other amounts permitted under our policies.

If a return is rejected because it does not comply with these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy, no store credit will be issued.

ACCOUNT AND BILLING INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, contact, and account information for all purchases.

You agree to promptly update your information when necessary so that we can process transactions and contact you regarding your orders.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where information appears to be inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
