MLB Rhinestone Circle Earrings

Earrings arrived with a clasp that would not stay closed. I reached out 3x to Customer Service with the issue. They finally replied after 1 week, indicating I could return the defective earrings for a refund and provided the address for return. I paid to ship the earrings to the address provided and tracking shows they arrived 11/14/2025. It is now 1 month later, and I have received no refund or response to my inquiry re: the status of the credit due. There is also no customer service number to call, only an email address and contact form on the website. I am now out the purchase price plus shipping and have no earrings. A very negative experience, with poor and unresponsive customer service and a faulty product. I'm very dissatisfied and do not recommend this company. I will not do business with Gamedays Gear again.

These earrings are gorgeous and for the right price! I thought I would be
waiting forever to get them but SUPRISE they were here in just a few days!
